WORLDPAC and IDENTIFIX are proud to introduce WORLDPAC Assist . . . two great programs that help technicians diagnose and repair vehicles more quickly.

Program 1: WORLDPAC Assist Online Database

WORLDPAC Assist.com is an online diagnostic information service for WORLDPAC customers. WORLDPAC Assist.com combines real world shortcut tests and quick fix information in an easy to learn and use format.

Online Database Benefits:

  • Available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you diagnose any problem or situation your shop may encounter.

  • Provides knowledge generated by over 10,000 shops that participate in the repair hotline each year.

  • Supercharged Search engine helps technicians cut through industry jargon by automatically searching on related symptoms and terms.

  • Offers the largest source of Confirmed Fixes documented by our 41 factory trained, ASE certified master technicians.

Program 2: WORLDPAC Assist Repair Hotline

WORLDPAC Assist “Repair Hotline” connects technicians with 41 factory trained, ASE master techs via telephone for personal one-on-one service. The WORLDPAC Assist programs provide technicians the information they need to fix vehicles faster as well as help to increase shop productivity & billable hours.

In addition, WORLDPAC Assist’s Preventative Maintenance Plan provides your technicians with all the labor times and specifications needed to perform each Preventative Maintenance task in a separate, easy to print report.
